Manajemen Pendidikan Seni di Era Pembelajaran Hibrida: Strategi Platform Digital, Pelatihan Pendidik, dan Kualitas Pengalaman Virtual

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan seni menuntut penyesuaian sistem pengelolaan pembelajaran agar selaras dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen pendidikan seni pada era pembelajaran hibrida dengan fokus pada tiga aspek utama: pemanfaatan platform digital, pelatihan pendidik, dan peningkatan kualitas pengalaman virtual. Metode yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah delapan artikel ilmiah yang terindeks Scopus dan SINTA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran hibrida berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan akses, fleksibilitas, serta kreativitas peserta didik. Namun demikian, kesiapan pendidik dan kualitas pengalaman digital masih menjadi tantangan utama. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi pendidik serta optimalisasi platform digital yang adaptif terhadap karakteristik pembelajaran seni. Secara keseluruhan, manajemen pendidikan seni di era hibrida memerlukan strategi integratif yang tidak hanya menekankan aspek teknologi, tetapi juga memperkuat kompetensi pedagogis dan kualitas interaksi dalam proses pembelajaran.
