Abstrak

Work-Life Balance merupakan kondisi ketika individu mampu menjaga keselarasan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi sehingga keduanya dapat dijalankan tanpa menimbulkan tekanan berlebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas psikoedukasi Work-Life Balance dalam meningkatkan kemampuan ibu pekerja di PT X Kota Gresik dalam mengelola peran ganda. Metode yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest–Posttest, serta melibatkan 12 ibu pekerja sebagai peserta. Intervensi diberikan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) berbasis modul psikoedukasi Work-Life Balance. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan Work-Life Balance Scale (WLBS) adaptasi 17 item dari penelitian Dwianti (2020), yang mencakup empat dimensi, yaitu Work Interference with Personal Life (WIPL), Personal Life Interference with Work (PLIW), Work Enhancement of Personal Life (WEPL), dan Personal Life Enhancement of Work (PLEW). Hasil analisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor WLB, dengan rata-rata meningkat dari 2,6 menjadi 3,7 dan nilai p = 0,03 < 0,05, yang menandakan bahwa psikoedukasi memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kemampuan peserta mengelola peran ganda. Temuan FGD mendukung hasil kuantitatif, di mana peserta melaporkan peningkatan pemahaman, pengaturan waktu, dan regulasi emosi setelah mempelajari modul dan berdiskusi bersama.
