This study aims to quantitatively determine the effect of the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum) implementation on the Arabic speaking skills (Maharah Kalam) of students at the Madrasah Aliyah Keagamaan (MAK) Tahfidh Al-Qur'an Al-Amien Prenduan. Employing a quantitative approach with a sample of 30 students, data were collected using questionnaires and oral tests. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 25. The results indicated a significant correlation, where the Kurikulum Merdeka contributed 15.9% to the improvement of students' speaking skills, while 84.1% was influenced by other external factors. The hypothesis testing showed a significance value of 0.029 (< 0.05) and a t-count of 2.298 (> t-table 2.042), confirming that the curriculum has a significant, albeit limited, influence on students' psychomotor linguistic abilities in a boarding school setting.
