The think pair share learning model has proven effective in improving elementary school students' learning outcomes in science subjects. Several studies show that the use of the think pair share model can improve students' science learning outcomes in elementary schools compared to the use of conventional learning models. This writing aims to examine literature that discusses the effectiveness of the think pair share learning model in improving science learning outcomes in elementary schools. The method used is Systematic Literature Review Systematic Literature Review (SLR), with a database found on Google Scholar. The review literature is explained based on articles published in 2019-2023 through 3 stages. The results of the literature search in stage 1 obtained publication data with the keyword "think pair share model" totaling 5,540 documents. Next, in the second search stage, by taking the year and adding the keyword "science learning outcomes" data was obtained for 741 documents. In stage 3, by adding the keyword "primary school" to the search, 548 documents were obtained. Then, from this data, it was filtered again based on the inclusion criteria, 10 documents were obtained which would be carried out and examined in depth. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the use of the think pair share learning model has been proven to be effective in improving students' science learning outcomes in elementary schools.
