Education is a learning process to develop individual potential and achieve balance in academic, physical and creative aspects. In the world of education there are many types of science, including natural science. Natural science is a field of study that examines everything about the universe and everything in it. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the joyful learning method in increasing students' motivation in taking science subjects in elementary schools. In this research, researchers used the Systematic Literacy Review (SLR) method. The results of this research indicate that the joyful learning method is effective for improving the quality of the learning process in increasing motivation for learning science.
