Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to see and analyze the relationship between layoff policies with work commitment and rewards to employee performance at PT. SCG Readymix Indonesia (Jayamix), Cilegon Factory. The research approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were all employees of PT. SCG Readymix Indonesia (Jayamix) Cilegon Factory, amounting to 60 people and the research sample is a saturated sample with a total of 60 samples. The results showed that all statement items were valid and reliable. This is indicated by rcount greater than rtable = 0.254. The research hypothesis is t test with t count and fcount from the regression equation at a = 5%. From the results of the calculation of the SPSS 23 program, the resulting tcount with the following probabilities: Layoff Policy (X1) of 5.076 (significance 0.000), Work Commitment (X2) of 2.653 (significance 0.010), Award (X3) of 0.549 (significance 0.585). After comparing with the ttable of 2.002, it turns out that the variable t-count X1 and X2 are greater than the ttable, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. While the variable t count X3 compared to t table of 2.002 is smaller, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected. Based on the F test, the value (14.449)> ftabel (2.77) was obtained. This means that together the independent variable (X) affects the dependent (Y). Namely Employee Performance The coefficient of determination R Square is 0.436, which means that there is an influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) of 43.6%, while the rest (100% -43.6% = 56.4%). Influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that are not precise.
