Abstrak

Science lesson concepts are composed of the simplest concepts to the most difficult so they require understanding to master the material. This can cause students to have difficulty understanding science lessons and can cause student learning outcomes to be low. The aim of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of using the inquiry learning model on learning outcomes in science subjects for class IV students at SD Negeri 2 Wonomarto for the 2023/2024 academic year. The Inquiry learning model produces students actively asking questions and looking for their own solutions so that their curiosity can help develop critical thinking skills and discover students' potential. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The design used in quantitative research is the Quasi Experimental Design type. Using 10 essay questions that have been validated. The results of the posttest showed that learning outcome data was 96.42% above the KKM, namely 72. Student learning outcomes were measured. Based on the results of the analysis, the posttest hypothesis was tested, tcount = 5.388 and ttable(0.05)(53) = 2.0075 because tcount > ttable So there is an influence of using the inquiry learning model on learning outcomes in science subjects for class IV students at SD Negeri 2 Wonomarto for the 2023/2024 academic.
