Tinjauan Penerapan Perilaku Kepemimpinan Pelayanan oleh Pemimpin Bagian TU, Perlengkapan, dan Rumah Tangga di Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Tarutung

Abstrak

In an organization, there must be a leader to achieve goals together with its members, in this case a firm leadership style is needed in order to achieve a success that is to be achieved together. In the Bible itself, there have been many leaders used by God for the glory of His name, and the Lord Jesus is a true leader in the Bible. This study aims to determine how much the application of service leadership behavior by the leader of the TU, Equipment, Household section at Tarutung State Christian Institute. This research uses a qualitative approach method based on the philosophy of postpositivism and a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling. With this qualitative research the author explores information to each source, observation, and literature study as much as possible. The results obtained from the application of leadership by the Head of Administration, Equipment and Housekeeping at IAKN Tarutung who applied the figure of Moses as an example, Mr. A. Samosir also became a strong example for staff and members of his organization. Through courage, justice, devotion, and the ability to find solutions, as well as a nature that always serves is a leadership that can help and create a productive work environment and support the vision and mission of IAKN Tarutung.
