To ensure the growth and positive effect of a new church on society, an important process known as church planting is carried out. Drawing on Biblical teachings, including evangelism, community formation, and spiritual growth, this article examines the secrets to successful church planting. In addition, they discuss approaches espoused by church leaders such as John Wesley and Donald McGavran, as well as practical actions taken to prepare, carry out evangelism, and build new churches. The success of this church planting can be seen from the involvement of Christian youth and their understanding of God's call to expand His kingdom. This research was conducted qualitatively, using a literature study approach.
