Education is a forum for forming students' personalities. Considering today's modern world which causes low morale in schools, the leadership role of school principals is very important in building a culture based on Christian religious values. This research aims to determine how and to what extent the principal's leadership role influences school development based on Christian religious values. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method which systematically describes situations or things in actual reality. The findings of this research are that the principal applies the cultural values of faith, namely perseverance, character and toughness according to the vision and mission formulation of the Rumah Harapan Tubasa Foundation School which is based on Jeremiah 29:11.
