Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the role of SWOT analysis on marketing strategies at Barasaki Juice MSMEs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques of non-participant observation and interviews. The results showed that SWOT analysis plays an important role in helping Barasaki Juice MSMEs to formulate effective marketing strategies. Through SWOT analysis, Barasaki Juice MSMEs can identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced in running their business. Based on this identification, Barasaki Juice MSMEs can formulate the right marketing strategy to maximize their strengths, minimize their weaknesses, take advantage of existing opportunities, and ward off threats faced
