The existence of management of educational staff and education personnel, it is necessary to carry out analysis activities of management of educational staff and education personnel towards educational success. Analysis of management of educational staff and education personnel aims to identify related to management of educational staff and education personnel carried out in an educational organization. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by means of literature study. The results of this study indicate that management of educational staff and education personnel in an organization requires a management that can regulate human resources in schools so that they can work according to their positions and competencies. By carrying out good management of educational staff and education personnel, it can produce competent and competitive workers while carrying out their duties and work in an educational organization.
