Abstrak

This study analyzes the level of user satisfaction with the Student Information System of the Faculty of Engineering (SIM-FT) at the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This method measures five main dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 30 students from three study programs: Informatics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. The results of the analysis show that the average user satisfaction is in the category of quite satisfied with a score of 3.55. The format dimension received the highest score (3.80) while the punctuality dimension received the lowest score (3.30). This study provides recommendations for improving the quality of SIM-FT based on the results of the evaluation.
