Abstrak

Summary Don is a movement that in volves the body while conveying then ature of the game to that of the desire to compete and compete with others.Sports include futsal.This team gameis very popular with many people to improve receiver skills and interaction.How ever, according to most execution comes about of futsal competitors,there are issue with dexterity to execute quick and compelling devolements,as nimbelness is exceptionally critical in this sport.Objective:Based on this,the objective is to decide the impact of stridelength and influence running works out to move forward them obility of futsal players.Strategi:based on the inquire about address,this composed reviewuses a quantitative methodology with within the outline works of a quasy experimental survey and a pretest-posttest design with one-time collection.The written survey was compiled from severald omestic and international references related to or consistent with the survey and obtained from the authors with the approval of the title.Results: The training element "step" has th esame impact as zigzag training in improving them obility of futsal players.Discussion: These are the results related or consistent with the included texts, explaining the importance of the training elements "step" and "zigzag running" in improving the agility of futsal players.Conclusion: The results of the written surveyon "step" and "zigzag running" proved to be significant, showing that the se exercises have a significant impact on the efforts to improve the flexibility of futsal athletes.
