Abstrak

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the teaching assistance program at educational institutions on the learning motivation of 10th grade students in the subject of informatics, using an ex-post facto research design with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques employed include interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The independent variable in this study is the teaching assistance program at educational institutions (X), while the dependent variable is learning motivation (Y). The research was conducted at SMAN 2 Makassar from May 20 to 23, 2024. The subjects of this study were 80 randomly sampled 10th grade students. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, normality tests, and simple regression analysis. The research findings indicate a significance value of <0.05, specifically 0.000, suggesting that the study results demonstrate a significant influence of the teaching assistance program at educational institutions on the learning motivation of 10th grade students in the subject of informatics at SMAN 2 Makassar. The influence of the teaching assistance program at educational institutions on students' learning motivation is 34.7%, while 65.3% is influenced by other factors that were not examined by the researchers.
