Strategi Guru dalam Menanamkan Nilai Demokrasi Pancasila Melalui Mata Pelajaran PPKn pada Peserta Didik SMAN 1 Pakel Tulungagung

The implementation of Pancasila democracy values in the school environment needs to be implemented to face the era of globalization along with the acceleration of the influx of various cultures and new civilizations from various nations in the world. The implementation of Pancasila democracy at SMAN 1 Pakel has not gone well. In learning, there are often disagreements and disputes caused by differences in habits. In addition, in learning activities, the democratic attitude of students is still lacking. It can be seen that there are still many students who are reluctant to ask questions or argue, therefore it is necessary to have a strategy from the teacher to be able to instill the values of Pancasila democracy, so that students can apply it in the school, community and family environment. The type of research used is qualitative research, data collection techniques include 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) and documentation, with research subjects consisting of 2 Civics Teachers of SMAN 1 Pakel. The results of this study show that the teacher's organizing strategy in teaching the values of Pancasila democracy with an interactive strategy. For the learning delivery method used by teachers at SMAN 1 Pakel in instilling the values of Pancasila Democracy using a discussion learning model with an inquiry approach. The supporting factors in instilling the values of Pancasila Democracy include curriculum, facilities, school vision and mission, and educators. The inhibiting factors include the lack of role of parents at home in paying attention to students and internal factors from students who are less ready to receive learning. Then for strategies to overcome these obstacles, the role of parents, the community, communication between teachers and students is needed
