Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh trust in leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour melalui servant leadership pada karyawan Rs Permata Hati Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 76 karyawan Rs Permata Hati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trust in leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Trust in leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap servant leadership. Servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Trust in leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour melalui servant leadership.
