Abstrak

This study aims to explore teachers' and students' perceptions of the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in the Agrotechnology of Agricultural Product Processing (APHP) department at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. The research employed a descriptive quantitative survey method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results indicate that teachers have a highly positive perception of PjBL, particularly in terms of understanding, readiness, and implementation effectiveness, although challenges such as time constraints and limited facilities persist. Support from the school was deemed optimal in facilitating the successful implementation of PjBL. Similarly, students have positive perceptions of PjBL, especially regarding engagement, understanding, and the development of critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills. However, challenges such as difficulties in group collaboration and limited resources need further attention. Overall, the PjBL model has proven effective in enhancing learning quality relevant to workforce demands.
