This research discusses the deixis of time and the deixis of place in the novel "Perahu Kertas" by Dee Lestari. The research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method by reading and analyzing the deixis of time and the deixis of place in the novel "Perahu Kertas". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara brand awareness, branding, dan minat beli serta merancang strategi brand awareness dan branding. Dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness dan branding memiliki pengaruh parsial dan simultan terhadap minat beli. Strategi untuk membangun brand awareness antara lain melalui customer engagement dan brand exposure. Sedangkan strategi branding meliputi pembuatan template, penonjolan tagline, dan pembuatan konten di Instagram. Perusahaan disarankan untuk melakukan evaluasi berkala serta menerapkan strategi seperti iklan berbayar, giveaway, dan pengembangan ide kreatif secara konsisten.

This research is classroom action research which aims to determine the application of the Canva-based ptoject based learning model to increase student activity and learning outcomes in creative product and entrepreneurship subject at SMK Negeri 4 Gowa. The independent variable in this research is the Cnava-based project learning model, while the dependent variable is the activities and learning outcomes of students. The population of this research is all students in the field of expertise in agribusiness, Food, Crops and Horticulture (ATPH) at SMK Negeri 4 Gowa and sample for this research is all class XI ATPH 3 consisting of 31 students. Research data was obtained from observation sheets of learning activities and learning results tests. The data analysis technique used is the formula for learning activities and learning outcomes. The results of this research were that there was an increase in learning activities in cycle I by 67% and cycle II by 90%. Meanwhile, the increase in student learning outcomes was 68,50% in cycle I and 89,40% in cycle II. Increasing student learning activities influences student learning outcomes. The average pre-test and post-test scores in cycle I were 45,60% and 68,50%, while in cycle II they were 78,30% and 89,41%. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the Canva-based project based learning model can improve students activities and learning outcomes in creative products and entrepreneurship subjects in class XI ATPH 3 at SMK Negeri 4 Gowa.

The aim of this research is to increase students' interest in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith by implementing web-based Lumio learning media in class XII MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. The research method used is the prototype method, in this method there are several stages including: 1. First stage, listening to customers, 2. Second stage, building/improving the prototype, 3. Third stage, customers testing the prototype. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires, which revealed fundamental problems that caused a lack of interest in the Al-Qur'an Hadith, such as less interesting learning media and passive student involvement. By using Lumio, teachers can present Al-Qur'an hadith learning in a more interesting way. This media stimulates active participation in learning because Lumio media has many interesting animation templates for designing learning media, thereby increasing their interest in the subject matter. The application of Lumio in class XII MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya provides a participatory and enjoyable learning atmosphere. The use of this technology is in line with students' preferences for interactive and digitally connected learning. So it can change students' perceptions of Al-Qur'an Hadith education and foster a positive learning atmosphere.

This research is classroom action research which aims to determine the effect of implementing the two stay two stray learning model based on educational games in improving learning outcomes on the Basics of Agrotechnology for processing agricultural products. APHP 1.2 class at SMK N 3 Takalar. The independent variable in this research is the learning model used, namely the two stay two stray learning model based on educational games, while the dependent variable is the students' learning outcomes. The population in this study were all class Research data was obtained using learning outcomes tests in the form of Pre Test and Post Test. The data analysis technique used is the learning outcomes formula. The results of this research were that there was an increase in student learning outcomes, namely in cycle I by 20.53% and cycle II by 48.41%. The average Pre Test and Post Test scores in cycle I were 51.69 and 62.30, while the average Post Test score in cycle II was 92.46. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the two stay two stray learning model based on educational games can improve the learning outcomes of APHP 1.2 class students at SMK N 3 Takalar.

This research aims to analyze Pappaseng Taoriolo in Bugis-Makassar society through a semiotic approach. Pappaseng, as a form of oral literature, contains moral values and local wisdom that are passed down from generation to generation. This research uses a qualitative method, focusing on exploring the meaning and context behind the messages contained in Pappaseng. Data were obtained from the study of relevant literature. The results show that Pappaseng not only serves as a guide for social behavior, but also as a cultural preservation tool that strengthens social relations in the community. The messages contained in Pappaseng illustrate important values, such as honesty, responsibility, and the importance of maintaining kindness. Utilizing a semiotic approach, this study provides in-depth insight into the symbolism in Pappaseng Taoriolo and its contribution to the social fabric of Bugis-Makassar society.

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and product quality on instant noodle purchasing decisions (Consumer Study of Indomie and Gaga Noodles among Business Administration Students at Malikussaleh University). This research was conducted at the Business Administration Study Program at Malikussaleh University, Lhokseumawe. This research uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to students of the Malikussaleh University Business Administration Study Program class of 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. The sample used was 77 respondents from a total population of 327 people. This research uses a quantitative approach with a comparative research type. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests and classical assumption tests as well as multiple linear regression tests using SPSS version 26 software. The test results show that the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Indomie and Mie Gaga, while the product quality variable has a positive effect. and significant in purchasing decisions for Indomie and Mie Gaga. Meanwhile, simultaneous test results show that brand image and product quality together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Indomie and Mie Gaga among Malikussaleh University Business Administration Students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Dengan Kinerja Perawat Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Mutiasari Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan dengan menggunakan SPSS dan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program smartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Stres kerja pada perawat di ruang rawat inap juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat

This study aims to describe the representation of female characters in the novel Her Name Is by Cho Nam Joo. Analisis Semiotika pada Lirik Lagu Tradisional Bugis Ininnawa Sabbara’e: Teori Charles Peirce

The traditional song Ininnawa Sabbara’e is one form of Bugis cultural heritage that is full of the values of patience (sabbara) and determination (ininnawa). This song not only functions as entertainment, but also as a medium to convey moral messages, life philosophy, and noble values of the Bugis people. However, its existence is increasingly threatened by the influence of modernization and globalization which causes the younger generation to be less familiar with the deep meaning of this song. This study aims to analyze the symbolic meaning in the lyrics of the song Ininnawa Sabbara’e using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic approach. A qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collection techniques in the form of documentation, interviews, observations, and record analysis. The data were analyzed using Peirce's sign theory, which includes three main elements: representamen (physical signs), objects (cultural references), and interpretants (meaning). The results of the study show that the lyrics of this song represent Bugis cultural values, such as siri’ na pacce (self-esteem and empathy), through symbols that are rich in meaning.

The Influence of Public Service Quality Through OSS RBA on Citizen Satisfaction: the Role of Trust As a Mediating Variable

This research seeks to examine how the quality of public services via the Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS RBA) system influences citizen satisfaction, incorporating trust as a mediating factor. The population studied consists of the residents of Bengkalis Regency who use OSS RBA for processing Business and Trade Permits, with a sample size of 140 respondents. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 software for data processing. The findings of the research indicate that the quality of public services positively and significantly influences citizen satisfaction (T-statistic = 20.206; P-value = 0.000). Moreover, the quality of service positively and significantly influences user trust (T-statistic = 15.395; P-value = 0.000). Furthermore, trust has been proven to have a effect on citizen satisfaction (T-statistic = 7.951; P-values = 0.000). Therefore, It can be inferred that trust serves as a mediator that enhances the connection among service quality and user satisfaction. This study provides important implications for the management of technology-based public services to improve service quality and build trust, which can enhance citizen satisfaction with the OSS RBA services in Bengkalis.

Advertising is one of the ways to offer products and services to the public. This study aims to analyze the locutionary meaning in the lyrics of the Teh Pucuk advertisement song version 2020 using a pragmatic approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through recording, listening, and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was carried out by describing the pragmatic meaning contained in the advertisement. The results show various locutionary meanings in the lyrics of the Teh Pucuk advertisement song, such as statements about thirst, enjoyment after eating spicy food, and product freshness. These locutionary meanings are conveyed through the use of phrases and word repetitions that emphasize the quality and usage situations of the product. This research is expected to increase understanding of the use of speech acts in advertising and provide insights for effective advertising strategies.

Pemanfaatan Limbah Ikan pada Pembuatan Pakan Ikan terhadap Kualitas Kimia dan Fisika Pakan Ikan

This research aims to determine the effect of adding fish waste meal as a protein source on the quality of fish feed from chemical and physical aspects. The type of research used was experimental research using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) model with 3 repetitions for chemical tests and 1 repetition for physics tests. This research used the ANOVA test, then continued with the Duncan test if the treatment has an effect, then continued with the T test using simple linear regression at the ἀ = 0.05 level and ἀ = 0.01 level to compare artificial feed treatments with the addition of fish waste meal with different concentrations. The concentration used in the control treatment was 59% fish waste meal; treatment A 39% fish waste meal; treatment B 44% fish waste meal. Feed chemical tests include tests for water content, ash content, protein content, fat content and carbohydrate content. Feed physics tests include tests for color, texture, attractiveness, solubility, level of pellet hardness, and uniformity of pellet size. The results of the research showed that the Control treatment was the best treatment, namely feed with the addition of 59% fish waste meal. The control treatment had the highest protein content needed for fish survival, namely 45.41%.

This study aims to find out the results of the development of a Web-Based Disaster Information System at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Pinrang Regency and the results of testing using ISO/IEC 25010. Treatment K: Tapioca flour 25 g: baglog waste 25 g: Water 25 g, A: Tapioca flour 20 g: baglog waste 20 g: Water 20 g, B: Tapioca flour 30 g: baglog waste 30 g: Water 30 g, C : Tapioca flour 35 g : Baglog waste 35 g : Water 35 g. This research uses the ANOVA test. The parameters analyzed include water content, ash content, loss of substances at a temperature of 950℃, heating value and yield. The results of the research show that the characteristics of briquettes produced from oyster mushroom baglog waste comply with SNI quality standards, namely water content and evaporative substance content at a temperature of 950℃, while the characteristics of briquettes that do not meet SNI quality standards are ash content and calorific value. The comparison of the composition of baglog waste materials that can be used as bio briquettes is in treatment A with a comparative concentration of 20g tapioca flour, 20g baglog waste and 20g water.

This research is a classroom action study designed to investigate the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model based on Wordwall to enhance student participation and learning results at SMK Negeri 3 Takalar. The independent variable in this study is the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model, while the dependent variables are student participation and learning outcomes. The population of this study consists of students from SMKN 3 Takalar, majoring in Agricultural Product Processing (APHP), and the sample includes students from class APHP 2.2, totaling 30 students. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation sheets of student participation, and learning outcome tests. Data analysis techniques employed were participation and learning outcome formulas. The outcomes of this research demonstrate a rise in student engagement in learning in Cycle I from 64.5% to 77.4%. Meanwhile, the improvement in student learning outcomes was 63.9% in Cycle I and 89.8% in ppCycle II. The average pre-test and post-test scores in Cycle I were 36.5 and 63.9, respectively, with a post-test score of 89.8 in Cycle II. According to these findings, it can be concluded that the Team Games Tournament learning model based on Wordwall effectively enhances both participation and students' academic achievements in the subject of processed plant product production for the APHP 2.2 class at SMK Negeri 3 Takalar.

This study is associative research with a quantitative approach that aims to find out how the use of the smart Indonesia program (PIP), academic and non-academic learning outcomes and to find out whether there is an influence of the use of the smart Indonesia program (PIP) on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 2 Jeneponto. The independent variable in this study is the utilization of the smart Indonesia program (PIP) and the bound variable is academic learning outcomes (Y1) and non-academic learning outcomes (Y2) of students at SMK Negeri 2 Jeneponto. The population in this study is students who receive the smart Indonesia program with a total of 54 students. The sampling technique uses saturated samples where samples are taken from the entire population. The data from the research results were obtained by providing a questionnaire on the use of PIP distributed in schools. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression test with the Person Product Moment correlation formula. The use of the smart Indonesia program has been fulfilled; this is based on the highest percentage value from the results of the descriptive analysis. Student learning outcomes obtained high learning outcomes, this is based on the highest percentage value from the results of descriptive analysis, based on the results of hypothesis tests, the results have been obtained, namely there is an influence of the use of the smart Indonesia program (PIP) on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 2 Jeneponto.

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management on innovative behavior through personality in MSME players in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The number of samples in this study were 364 MSME players in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. The results showed that knowledge management affects innovative behavior in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The development of e-commerce has changed people's shopping patterns, including among students. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, sales promotion, and user experience on impulse buying on the Shopee platform within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 98 respondents, selected through the cluster random sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to process the data. The results revealed that user experience had a significant influence on impulse buying (sig. 0.014 < 0.05), while product quality (sig. 0.320 > 0.05) and sales promotion (sig. 0.672 > 0.05) did not show a significant influence. These findings indicate that in the context of e-commerce, especially Shopee, user experience plays a crucial role in encouraging impulse purchases among students. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of optimizing user interface and user experience for e-commerce platforms. Shopee is advised to improve aspects of the user experience, while maintaining product quality standards and evaluating the effectiveness of promotional strategies.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are a form of community enterprise that plays an important role in the economy, reducing the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Digital marketing-based MSME empowerment is marketing carried out using internet access, utilizing social media and other digital devices. The Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives of Lhokseumawe City has the task of carrying out government affairs and assistance tasks in the MSME sector, where guidance can take the form of actions, processes, training, improvements to a forum for providing knowledge, as well as supervision in providing access to community business empowerment. This training aims to find out the results of the MSME empowerment program at the Lhokseumawe City Industry Trade and Cooperatives Service and find out the obstacles that occur when introducing digital marketing to MSME players. This research uses qualitative research methods through a descriptive approach. This type of research is field research with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there are 4 digital marketing-based MSME empowerment programs at the Lhokseumawe City Industry Trade and Cooperatives Service, namely entrepreneurship training programs, marketing training programs, management training programs, and MSME development programs. And the obstacle that occurs is not understanding digital marketing

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan menjelaskan secara teoritis dan empiris mengenai peran moderasi kepuasan konsumen dalam hubungan kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Klinik Kecantikan Aurellyn Pekanbaru. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada Klinik Kecantikan Aurellyn Pekanbaru dengan waktu penelitian Desember 2024 s/d Januari 2025. Adapun sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 164 responden. Analisa data penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS v.4.0.8.7 untuk menganalisis data dan mengetahui hubungan antar konstruk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen berdasarkan nilai t_hitung = 5.520 > t_kritis = 1,96 dengan hasil nilai P Value yakni 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ini diterima. Adapun besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention yakni sebesar 0,703 atau 70,3%. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen berdasarkan nilai t_hitung = 3.588 > t_kritis = 1,96 dengan hasil nilai P Value yakni 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ini diterima Adapun besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen yakni sebesar 0,742 atau 74,2%. Kualitas produk dimoderasi oleh kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen berdasarkan nilai t_hitung = 2.088 > t_kritis = 1,96 dengan hasil nilai P Value yakni 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ini diterima. Adapun besarnya peran moderasi kepuasan konsumen dalam hubungan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen yakni sebesar 0,742 atau 74,2%. Adapun kualitas pelayanan dimoderasi oleh kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen berdasarkan nilai t_hitung = 2.006 > t_kritis = 1,96 dengan hasil nilai P Value yakni 0,031 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ini diterima. Adapun besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen yakni sebesar 0,795 atau 79,5%.

This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this research are words and sentences in a fairy tale book entitled “34 Provinces Folktale Series: Bawang Merah Bawang Putih”, by Dian K. The analysis techniques in this research include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results found in this study were 45 deixis data. The types of deixis found in the fairy tale book entitled “34 Provinces Folktale Series: Bawang Merah Bawang Putih”, by Dian K are person deixis, place deixis, and time deixis. Then the function is the function of personal deixis which refers to someone who is speaking, directs to the person who is being spoken to, or directs to someone who is being spoken to. Furthermore, the function of place deixis is a function that refers to a place that is not far from the speaker and a function that is far from the speaker. There is also a time deixis function, namely a function that refers to a time when the conversation takes place and a function that refers to before the time when the speech takes place.

Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Bimbingan dan Konseling pada SMP Negeri 3 Bangkala Berbasis Web dan Framework Boostrap

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perancangan Sistem Informasi Bimbingan dan Konseling pada SMP Negeri 3 Bangkala Berbasis Web dan Framework Boostrap dan hasil pengujian berdasarkan standar kualitas ISO 25010. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan jenis penelitian research and development (R&D) dan model pengembangan waterfall, dengan menggunakan metode pengujian standar ISO 25010. Pengujian functional suitability sistem menggunakan skala guttman. Berdasarkan perhitungan maka diperoleh presentase >50% dari pengujian functionality suitability. Nilai tersebut kemudian dikonversi ke data kualitatif dan berdasarkan skala penilaian dapat diterima. Pengujian reliability menggunakan click test, time test, dan ramp test maka diperoleh persentase kesuksesan dari pengujian sebesar 100%. Hasil pengujian performance efficiency menggunakan GTMetrix memperoleh nilai A dengan performance sebesar 92%, structure sebesar 88% dengan waktu muat 747 milidetik. Pengujian pada aspek maintability dengan instrumen pengujian Maintability Land, pengujian ini meliputi 3 aspek yaitu instrumentation, consistency, dan simplicity. Hasilnya dapat dikatakan sudah memenuhi standar maintability. Hasil pengujian security dengan menggunakan web tool Websicherheit mendapat nilai A artinya sistem informasi memiliki tingkat keamanan sangat baik. Hasil pengujian pada aspek usability diperoleh presentasi 84% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil pengujian portability dinyatakan sistem berjalan dengan baik dari 5 perangkat yang berbeda dan telah memenuhi aspek portability. Hasil pengujian aspek compatibility yang diperoleh dinyatakan sistem berjalan dengan baik dari 6 browser yang berbeda yang telah diuji cobakan dan telah memenuhi aspek compatibility.

This research aims to find out how many factors influence consumer behavior towards Jiniso products in Bireuen Regency. In this study, the sample taken was 96 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research was distributing questionnaires to consumers who used Jiniso products at the Diga Shop in Bireuen Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that partial and simultaneous statistical testing of brands, products, prices and competitiveness influence consumer behavior towards Jiniso products in Bireuen Regency. It is hoped that this research can be used as material for consideration in taking future steps to improve brands, products, prices and competitiveness in increasing consumer behavior towards a product.

Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis meningkatkan kreativitas pegawai melalui peningkatan efikasi diri kreatif. Otonomi dalam pekerjaan memperkuat hubungan antara kepemimpinan etis dan efikasi diri kreatif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam literatur kepemimpinan dan menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja inovatif melalui kepemimpinan yang beretika dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung.

This research aims to analyze the use of deiksis in the short film MEMORABILIA by Galeri 24. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which allows researchers to explore and delve into the use of deiksis in film contexts. Research results show that there are three types of deiksis identified, namely deiksis persona, place, and time. Although short films often do not cover all examples of deiksis, this analysis succeeded in identifying some of the deiksis words used. This finding confirms that the use of deiksis and distance in short films tends to be limited, especially in the use of first, second, and third person pronouns, as well as in the deiksis context of place and time. This research provides insight into how deiksis function in building narratives and relationships between characters and audiences in short films.

This study aims to analyze the effect of adding lamtore leaf flour to feed on the nutritional value of fish feed. To analyze the effect of adding lamtore leaf flour to feed on the quality of physical tests of fish feed. Developments in the field of fisheries are faced with the problem of feed requirements which are important components in fish farming. Fish feed is one of the factors that determine the success of fish farming. Feed as one of the production components takes up 60-70% of the total production costs. This study is a type of quantitative experimental research. Research, experiments are quantitative research that can regulate cause and effect by comparing the effects of independent variables on dependent variables through controlling independent variables. The data analysis technique used in this study is statistical analysis and processed using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that lamtore leaf flour has a significant effect on chemical feed tests consisting of water content, ash content, protein content, fat content, crude fiber content, and has an effect on physical tests including color quality, attractiveness, solubility and hardness levels because it is in accordance with good feed standards.

Pengembangan Sistem Deteksi Kecepatan Kendaraan Overspeed dengan YOLOv8 di Area Jalan Tol

Jalan tol di kota besar seperti Makassar memainkan peran penting dalam mobilitas masyarakat, namun sering terjadi pelanggaran overspeed yang mengancam keselamatan pengguna jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem deteksi kecepatan kendaraan overspeed menggunakan algoritma YOLOv8 dengan input video dari CCTV. Dataset berupa 300 citra yang diperoleh dari rekaman CCTV area jalan tol Makassar yang kemudian dikonversi menjadi citra digunakan untuk pelatihan model. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan model YOLOv8n dengan optimizer AdamW, image size 640x640 piksel, jumlah batch 16 dan jumlah epoch sebanyak 100 kali memberikan kinerja terbaik dengan nilai mAP50 sebesar 0.992 dan mAP50-95 sebesar 0.897. Hasil pengujian sistem dalam mendeteksi objek berupa kendaraan menunjukkan akurasi 100% pada berbagai kondisi pencahayaan dan posisi kamera. Sistem juga mampu mendeteksi kecepatan kendaraan dengan persentase error yang kecil, persentase error berkisar antara 1.67% hingga 7.5% dan rata-rata persentase error sebesar 3.97%. Sistem ini mampu mengidentifikasi kendaraan overspeed secara akurat dan diimplementasikan ke dalam website berbasis Flask untuk pemantauan secara real-time.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of business management at Grosir Jasa Baru in Batuphat Timur, Lhokseumawe City, which focuses on increasing revenue and operational efficiency. Grosir Jasa Baru, established in 2021, faces various challenges in business management, including manual stock recording, procurement planning, and inventory control. Based on interviews with business owners and employees, the store's management implementation involves a continuous process of planning, execution, control, and evaluation. The results showed that although the business had implemented a strategy based on market needs, there were still bottlenecks in the manual system that resulted in operational inefficiencies. In addition, interviews with customers revealed the need for improvements in the layout of goods and stock adjustments. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of business management management at Grosir Jasa Baru is carried out with a systematic and structured approach. The planning process is done routinely by setting sales goals and promotional strategies every month. Organizing involves a clear division of tasks between the sales, stock management and customer service divisions, ensuring each employee knows their responsibilities. Controlling is done through daily and monthly performance monitoring using stock management software, allowing for quick strategy adjustments if needed.

Pengembangan Film Animasi untuk Promosi Pariwisata Makassar Berbasis CHSE

This research aims to develop an animated film as a tourism promotion medium for Makassar City with the theme "CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability)". This film is designed to provide interesting and educational information to the public and potential tourists about Makassar City's efforts in maintaining cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability in the tourism sector. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall development model. Product quality is tested using the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, with a focus on usability aspects. Usability testing was carried out by introducing animated films to 30 respondents and collecting responses through questionnaires that had been validated by instrument experts. The results of the usability test showed an acceptance rate of 81.63%, which indicates that this animated film is in the very good category and meets the usability aspect. These findings show that the animated film developed is effective in promoting tourism in Makassar City with the CHSE approach.

The purpose of this study is to apply John Austin's pragmatic theory to the analysis of speech in the live broadcast of Skintific beauty product sales on TikTok. To learn how merchants utilize language in their interactions with the audience, a qualitative approach is employed, gathering data from live broadcasts and relevant literature. The analysis's findings demonstrate that sellers use three different speech acts: perlocution to influence the audience's emotions and make decisions, illocution to instruct the audience to take certain actions, and locution to provide information. According to this study, a compelling communication approach is essential for influencing consumer behavior and boosting audience trust and engagement. These results shed light on how language functions in the context of e-commerce, especially on digital platforms, and they create new avenues for pragmatics and marketing communication study.

The quality of public services is a dynamic condition related to products, services, people, processes and the environment where quality assessment is determined during the implementation of public services. This study aims to find out how the quality of public services at the Kuta Blang District Office, Bireuen Regency and to find out what are the obstacles to the implementation of services at the Kuta Blang District Office, Bireuen Regency. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the quality of service provided tangible at the Kuta Blang District Office, Bireuen Regency has not run according to the expectations of the community as seen from the aspect of comfort of the service place. The aspect of ease of customer access in service requests, the Kuta Blang District Office still does not provide easy access to customers in service requests, and the aspect of using tools in services is the lack of tools in the service section. Based on the results of research conducted related to the Responsiviness division (responsiveness) in its implementation, there are still indicators that have not run according to the community's expectations, namely the service process that is not on time as promised. Based on the results of research conducted related to Dimensin Assurance (Guarantee), its implementation has not been fully implemented in accordance with the expectations of the community. The obstacles to the implementation of public services at the Kuta Blang District Office, Bireuen Regency are the lack of facilities and infrastructure such as chairs in the waiting room, lack of assistive devices, and lack of filing cabinets. Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien BPJS Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros A. Yani Pekanbaru Tahun 2024

Pelayanan kesehatan mempunyai peran sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros A. Yani Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan studi potong lintang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.005 responden, jumlah sampel 91 responden dengan pengambilan sampel accidental sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu multivariate dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehandalan, jaminan, dan bukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0.744 menunjukkan bahwa 74,4% bahwa variabel kehandalan, jaminan, dan bukti fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan sisanya 25,6% merupakan pengaruh faktor faktor lain.
