<p>The objectives of this study are to: (1) find out whether textbooks used for English teaching and learning have fulfilled the criteria of good textbooks and (2) reveal the suitability of the two textbooks with the 2013 curriculum. The research findings showed that there were criteria in English textbooks with the criteria of good textbook according to Cunningsworth. The research also found out that the strengths of <em>“Bahasa Inggris”</em> textbook lies in its use of communicative activities at the end of the scientific approach cycle while its apparent weakness lies in its childish form of illustration which is too simple and uninteresting for teenagers. Furthermore, <em>“Pathway to English”</em> lies in its material and varied activity, focus on semi free activities and much materials of vocabulary and grammar item while its apparent weakness lies listening skill there are some pronunciation of native speakers is unclear of pronunciation, so confused the learners. <p>The problem found in this research is the lack of variety in the learning methods used by teachers so that the learning results obtained are not good in science subjects. This research aims to determine the effect of using outdoor learning methods on the learning outcomes of Rulung Raya State Elementary School students. This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The population, namely all fourth-grade students, took saturated samples by dividing them into 2 groups, namely control and experiment. Instruments in the form of tests and observation sheets, data were analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the t count was 7,740 > t table = 1.693. The sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000, so the sig (2-tailed) is <0.05 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the use of the Outdoor Learning method has an influence on the learning outcomes of Class IV UPT SD Negeri 2 Rulung Raya students, Natar District.</p>Ayu Novtiana DevriReni Nadia Putria

<p>This study aims to develop a Computer Security e-module for the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering at FT UNM using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) with a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Validation results indicate high quality, with scores of 99% from material experts and 98.5% from media experts. Trials conducted with a small group (7 participants) and a large group (25 participants) yielded feasibility scores of 91.61% and 89.28%, respectively. An N-gain score of 0.81 (81.21%) demonstrates a significant improvement in students' understanding. The e-module was designed using Canva and FlipBuilder, resulting in engaging and relevant content. In conclusion, the e-module is effective and suitable as teaching material for the Computer Security course at FT UNM.</p>Jamaluddin PFathahillahHaspa

<p>Perkembangan teknologi digital telah menghasilkan dampak yang signifikan dalam kehidupan para siswa. Akses informasi yang mudah dan luas dapat mempengaruhi perilaku serta pola pikir siswa. Namun, penggunaan teknologi digital yang tidak bijak dapat menyebabkan masalah seperti penyebaran informasi yang tidak benar, cyberbullying, dan ketergantungan terhadap teknologi. Maka dari itulah artikel ini dibuat yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis fungsi literasi digital dalam membentuk perilaku siswa yang bertanggung jawab di SMP Negeri 8 Palangka Raya kelas 9 dengan penerapan pendekatan kualitatif. Literasi digital mencakup kemampuan siswa dalam mengakses, memahami, serta memanfaatkan teknologi secara bijaksana, yang turut berkontribusi pada pembentukan sikap disiplin, kejujuran, dan etika dalam penggunaan media digital. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung terhadap siswa dan guru, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku bertanggung jawab siswa, seperti pengelolaan waktu yang lebih baik, penggunaan media sosial secara positif, dan kesadaran akan bahaya konten negatif. Temuan ini pentingnya pembelajaran literasi digital untuk menumbuhkan perilaku bertanggung jawab pada siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan di era digital.</p>Raisa AdillaSantiani

<p>Setiap Pendidikan pada era ini ingin mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik, yang mana hasil belajar yang baik ditentukan dengan metode pembelajaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan bagaimana afektifnya mind mapping dalam pembelajaran Bahasa arab. Penelitia ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah keefektivitas dengan angket efektif soal aktivnya yang sudah memasuki Tingkat uji validitas dan reliabilitas.penelitian dilakukan sebanyak satu kali pertemuan dengan 1 kelas yaitu VIIID berjumlah 25 siswa setiap kelas di MTs Raudhatul Jannah. Ditemukan hasil 0,749912 dalam uji Validitas dan Realibitas. Setelah uji validitas ditentukan bahwa 10 pernyataan dikatakan valid yang mana tercantum didalam angket. Dari hal itu bisa disimpulkan bahwa metode mind mapping dapat membantu siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa arab.</p>Marwan HaryantoJasiah

<p>Adhering to the advances in technology that exist today, a lot of media have emerged and are able to support learning, one of which is interactive media. In the observation, the researcher found that the learning process at MTsN 1 Kota Palangka Raya had used various interactive media but was still lacking in realization, a little boring. The purpose of this observation and study is to determine the effectiveness before and after the use of emaze interactive media on student enthusiasm in learning fiqh. The type of research is using a quantitative approach. The purpose of this research is to class 8 students of MTsN 1 Kota Palangka Raya about 30 people. The results of quantitative descriptive analysis statistics explain that the questionnaire assessment value of 57 for the maximum assessment and 45 for the minimum assessment can be concluded that there is an effectiveness of using emaze learning media in student enthusiasm in fiqh subjects. It can be seen from the amount of reliability of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.8109 and exceeds the minimum limit of 0.7.</p>Mahsa PratamaJasiah

<p>Globalisasi merupakan fenomena yang dapat mempercepat komunikasi dan hubungan antar negara di berbagai bidang, antara lain pendidikan, ekonomi, budaya dan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur. Data diperoleh dengan mencari artikel relevan melalui Publish or Perish dengan Google Scholar yang terbit tahun 2020-2024 dengan kata kunci ''Dampak Pendidikan di Era Globalisasi''. Tersedia 200 artikel dan tujuh artikel yang dapat diakses sesuai topik, Hard Skill yang harus dimiliki antara lain digital (Teknologi Informasi), Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Critical Thinking, dan Creative Thinking. Sedangkan Soft Skill yang harus dimiliki adalah Communication Skill yang meliputi Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Komunikasi Intrapersonal Selain mempercepat kemajuan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan, globalisasi juga membawa ide-ide baru bagi masyarakat di berbagai negara. Ada beberapa tujuan mengapa topik ini diangkat, yakni: Menganalisis Akses dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi dan Informasi sebagai Hasil dari Globalisasi. Menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi siswa SMA dalam menghadapi tantangan di era peralihan digitalisasi modern. Hasil penelitian dari fenomena ini adalah dampak baik dan buruk. Sisi positifnya antara lain kemudahan berkomunikasi, kesempatan belajar mandiri melalui internet, dan ruang kreatifitas seni dan budaya. <p><em>Student motivation is often a challenge during the learning process. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using various teaching methods in improving students' learning motivation. In an experiment involving two groups of students with different treatments, one group receiving a variety of teaching methods and the other group receiving only lecture-based teaching, it was found that students in the experimental group showed a significant increase in learning motivation compared to the control group. The findings of the study suggest that combining various teaching methods can be an effective strategy in improving students' learning motivation.</em></p>Eko GionoJasiah

<p><em>This research aims to analyze various forms of deixis found in conversations on the Tea Talk Podcast YouTube channel Najla Bisyir with Shakira Amirah, broadcast October 2024. The types of deixis studied include personal, place, time, discourse and social deixis. Data was obtained through observation, listening and recording techniques directly from podcast broadcasts. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with an exploratory approach to understanding the context of language use. The research results show that personal deixis is the most dominant type, with 468 occurrences, followed by time (8), discourse (7), social (5), and place (2) deixis. Person deixis includes forms such as I, we, you, yours, and them. Time deixis is found in words such as today, that time, now, and in the future. Meanwhile, social deixis includes terms that indicate social status or relationships such as papa, doctor, and friends. This research provides in-depth insight into the dynamics of the use of deixis in digital communication, especially in podcast format. <p><em>This study investigates the social values contained in the dialog of the movie Malin Kundang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study aims to identify, describe, and analyze dialogues that reflect family relationships and social support. The dialogues include Mrs. Malin's gratitude for the community's attention, as well as interactions between Malin Kundang and the ship's captain that highlight the value of politeness and ethics. The research emphasizes the importance of parental consent, featuring Tuan's request to adopt Malin as his son. The findings show that the movie Malin Kundang reflects strong social values, especially in the context of love, respect, and the emotional conflict between loyalty and betrayal in family relationships. Interactions between characters also illustrate social norms that emphasize respect and self-control, which are important for maintaining social harmony. Violations of these norms can result in serious consequences for individuals and society.
