Abstrak

Leading congregation members is the task of a pastor in shepherding believers, so that his position becomes involved in carrying out services, the pastor's service duties are as a leader, as a custodian of the faith of the congregation, as a counselor, as a preacher of the word, as a public figure, as well as having competence, challenges that faced by pastors are challenges that usually occur regarding general human problems and also specific problems of the congregation, so that through truth and the call of a pastor this problem certainly does not need to be a challenge that cannot be faced by a pastor, because this is precisely what makes the pastor focus on his ministry. Therefore, it is necessary to preach the Word of God mixed with missionary work and evangelism in the growth of the faith of the church, especially the HKI Parsoburan congregation.
