Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Otoriter, Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Kabupaten Aceh Timur

This research aims to determine the effect of Authoritarian Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Employee Loyalty at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I, East Aceh Regency. With the independent variables in this study are Authoritarian Leadership Style (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Job Stress (X3). While the dependent variable is Employee Loyalty (Y). This type of research uses quantitative methods and data collection using questionnaires containing statements by distributing them to the employees concerned at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I, East Aceh Regency. With scoring using a Likert scale. The population in the study was 179 people, while the sampling technique used the Simple random sampling technique of 64 employees. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) program. The results of this study indicate that Authoritarian Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Loyalty of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I, East Aceh Regency, Job Satisfaction has no effect on Employee Loyalty of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I, East Aceh Regency, Job stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Loyalty of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I, East Aceh Regency. The company must pay more attention and manage well the Authoritarian Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress of employees so that employee loyalty to the Company can be increased.
