This study aims to determine the effect of Situational Leadership, Motivation and Workload on Employee Productivity of PT Sulaiman Saleh Plantation, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. With the independent variables in this study are Situational Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Workload (X3). While the dependent variable is Employee Productivity (Y). This type of research uses quantitative methods and data collection using questionnaires containing statements by distributing them to the employees concerned at PT Sulaiman Saleh, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. With scoring using a Likert scale. The population in the study was 2,206 employees, while the sampling technique used the Simple random sampling technique of 96 employees. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) program. The results of this study indicate that Situational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity of PT Sulaiman Saleh, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, Motivation has a negative and significant effect on Employee Productivity of PT Sulaiman Saleh, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity of PT Sulaiman Saleh, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. Companies must pay more attention to and properly manage Situational Leadership, Motivation and Workload of employees so that employee productivity in the Company can be increased.
