Abstrak

This study aims to examine the impact of e-service quality on consumer trust in E-commerce platforms (a study on students of the faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University). The data used in this research is primary data from 120 respondents. The method used to analyze the relationship between variables is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that, partially, website content has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust in E-commerce platforms among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. Customer service has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust in E-commerce platforms among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. Privacy has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust in E-commerce platforms among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. Fulfillment has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust in E-commerce platforms among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University.
