Abstrak

This research aims to produce the development of a QR code student attendance system at SMK Negeri 1 Selayar. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the application of the waterfall development model. Data was collected through various methods, including observation, questionnaire, and documentation study. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitative. The results showed that the QR code attendance system is feasible to implement, with the following test results: (1) Functionality suitability is rated as feasible by system experts, (2) Usability obtained a score of 91.33% from 20 respondents, (3) Reliability shows performance results of 96%, accessibility of 91%, and best practices of 100%, (4) User satisfaction shows that features such as manual attendance, face verification, and attendance recapitulation function properly, (5) Maintainability provides notifications if there are input errors by the administrator, and (6) Portability shows the system can operate properly on various browsers and devices. Based on these results, the QR code-based attendance system is considered feasible to be implemented at SMK Negeri 1 Selayar.
