Abstrak

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of the Think Pair Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning Model can increase student learning outcomes in ICT subjects at MTs Yasrib Batu-Batu. This study is a classroom action research consisting of four stages of implementation including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The subjects of this study were students of class VIIB MTs Yasrib Batu-Batu. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets, tests (pretest and posttest) and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the percentage of students' posttest completion in cycle I was 77.78% and in cycle II was 88.89%. Based on the results of the N-Gain test, it showed an average increase in student learning outcomes in cycle I of 0.61 and in cycle II of 0.69. So it can be concluded that the application of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model can increase student learning outcomes in ICT subjects at MTs Yasrib Batu-Batu.
