Abstrak

This study aims to determine the Influence  of Perceived Organizational Support on Work Force Agility Mediated by Work Engagement. The population in this study is all employees of the Bengkalis Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office which totals 66 people. The sample in this study is 66 respondents with a sampling technique using a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and dissemination using google forms. The technical data analysis in this study is using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) PLS 3.0. The results of this study show that  the perceived of organizational support has a significant effect on work force agility in employees of the Bengkalis Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office. Perceived of organizational support has a significant effect on work engagement in employees of the Bengkalis Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office. Work engagement has a significant effect on work force agility in employees of the Bengkalis Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office. Perceived of organizational support has a significant effect on work force agility through work engagement in employees of the Bengkalis Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office
