Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak kepemimpinan etis terhadap kreativitas pegawai pemerintahan dengan mempertimbangkan peran efikasi diri kreatif sebagai mediasi dan otonomi kerja sebagai moderasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis meningkatkan kreativitas pegawai melalui peningkatan efikasi diri kreatif. Otonomi dalam pekerjaan memperkuat hubungan antara kepemimpinan etis dan efikasi diri kreatif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam literatur kepemimpinan dan menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja inovatif melalui kepemimpinan yang beretika dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung.
