Penerapan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Audio Visual pada Pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam Kelas X di MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya

Education today requires teachers not only to deliver material, but also to adapt to technological developments in order to create an interesting and not monotonous learning experience. This research aims to explore the use of audio-visual media in learning Islamic Cultural History, especially on the material of Caliph Abu Bakar as-Siddiq at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, involving class X students. The results of the analysis using the one-sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.071, which is greater than 0.05. This indicates that there is a significant influence between the use of audio visual media and student learning outcomes. Audio-visual media was shown to increase student understanding and engagement, thus enriching the learning experience and academic outcomes. The findings support the importance of media integration in education to create a more interactive and effective learning environment in this digital era.
