Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir terhadap Penggunaan Single Academic Service System (MY-SAMS) Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer Universitas Negeri Makassar

Abstrak

This research aims to determine the level of final year student satisfaction with the use of the Single Service Academic System (MY-SAMS) for Information and Computer Engineering (PTIK) FT UNM using the EUCS model approach which focuses on user satisfaction which includes five variables including: content, accuracy , format, ease of use, and timeliness. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with a sample size of 140 students of the Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University class of 2020. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis using trend test techniques to describe the data. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the level of satisfaction of final year students of PTIK FT UNM from the aspect of content in using MY-SAMS is in the satisfaction category with a percentage of 47.9%, the level of satisfaction of final year students of PTIK FT UNM from the aspect of accuracy (Accuracy). ) in the use of MY-SAMS is in the satisfied category with a percentage of 48.5%, the satisfaction level of final year PTIK FT UNM students from the format aspect in the use of MY-SAMS is in the satisfied category with a percentage of 49.3%, the level PTIK FT UNM final year student satisfaction from the aspect of ease of use (Ease of Use) in using MY-SAMS is in the dissatisfied category with a percentage of 40.1%, and the satisfaction level of PTIK FT UNM students from the aspect of timeliness in use MY-SAMS is in the satisfied category with a percentage of 49.3%.
