The evaluation stage in learning is important to collect data on student understanding, skills, and attitudes, as well as the effectiveness of teaching methods, in order to improve and enhance the quality of learning in the future. Often, during the learning process, students seem to understand what is being taught. However, during evaluations, such as assessments, some students sometimes do not understand what has been taught. If this occurs, the learning process needs to be evaluated to improve the quality of learning. This observation was conducted with the aim of determining whether the evaluation stage at SDN 2 Karangsari was able to measure learning achievement in Civics, specifically in grade 6, with material on rights and obligations at home and at school. The method used was descriptive qualitative. This approach focuses on a deeper understanding of the context, meaning, and experiences involved in a phenomenon. Observers conducted direct observations in the classroom by observing student activities. As a result, several students were brave enough to present the results of their discussions aloud. However, there were some students who tended to be hesitant and nervous in conveying the results of their discussions, so that the delivery or presentation was not very audible to the audience.
