Abstrak

Building Islamic Cultural History (ISH) learning skills for the millennial generation is a challenge that requires an innovative and relevant approach. The millennial generation, born between 1981 and 1996, grew up in a digital era marked by rapid technological advances. They tend to be more open to change and innovation, and have the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies. Research shows that this generation prefers learning experiences that involve technology and collaboration. Therefore, it is important to integrate learning methods that suit their preferences, such as the flipped classroom model, which allows students to learn independently before engaging in class discussions. In addition, the development of social skills and soft skills is also an important focus, given the need to prepare students to face challenges in an increasingly competitive workforce. Digital literacy is a very necessary skill, where the millennial generation must be able to use information technology to support the learning process. Intergenerational learning can be an effective strategy to reduce the gap between generations and increase understanding of Islamic cultural heritage. Finally, the development of critical thinking skills through the discovery learning model can improve students' ability to analyze information and make better decisions. With a holistic and interdisciplinary approach, the millennial generation will not only understand Islamic history and culture, but will also be able to apply it in the context of their daily lives and the global challenges they face.
