Analisis Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dalam Film 172 Days Karya Nadzira Shafa

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze illocutionary acts in the film 172 Days by Nadzira Shafa. The film tells the story of Zira, a girl who undergoes significant changes in her life, both personally and religiously. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a focus on analyzing dialogue in the film. The primary data source of this study is the dialogues between characters in 172 Days. Data were collected using the listening and note-taking technique, then classified based on types of illocutionary acts, including assertive, directive, expressive, commissive, and declarative acts. The results show that there are five types of illocutionary acts in the film: (1) assertive (3 data), (2) directive (2 data), (3) expressive (3 data), (4) commissive (2 data), and (5) declarative (1 data). Expressive illocutionary acts are the most dominant, indicating that most dialogues in the film convey the characters' feelings and emotions. This study is expected to contribute to understanding the use of illocutionary acts in film and its relevance in Indonesian language learning.
