Abstrak

This study aims to measure the level of digital literacy skills among students at UPTD SMPN 11 Parepare using several main indicators: basic digital literacy skills, knowledge of information background, primary skills, and attitudes and perspectives in information use. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method, with a population of 46 students from grades VII and VIII. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings indicate that most students' basic digital literacy skills are in the Moderate category, with a percentage of 43.5%. Knowledge of information background is relatively high, with 37% of students in the High category. Additionally, students' primary skills in utilizing information are mostly in the Moderate category, at 41.3%. Lastly, the attitudes and perspectives toward digital information use are predominantly in the High category, at 39.1%.
