Pengaruh Kenaikan Harga Kedelai terhadap Pendapatan Pabrik Tahu Crispy Khas Jawa Pak Narma di Tanjung Jati Binjai

This study aims to determine the effect of soybean price increases on the income of Pak Narma's Javanese Crispy Tofu Factory in Tanjung Jati Binjai. The type of research used is descriptive research. The data used is quantitative data obtained by observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are cost analysis, business income analysis and r/c ratio analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the increase in soybean prices has a significant effect on factory income. Based on data collected from the factory's monthly reports in 2022-2023, it was found that the increase in soybean prices had a significant effect on factory revenue. The R/C Ratio analysis states that Pak Narma's Javanese Crispy Tofu Factory in Tanjung Jati Binjai before and after the increase in soybean prices has a Revenue Cost value greater than one (ratio> 1), which means that despite the increase in raw material prices, Pak Narma's business is still profitable despite experiencing a decrease in income. Thus, Pak Narma's Javanese Crispy Tofu Factory business in Tanjung Jati Binjai can be declared feasible to run
