Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Team Games Tournament (TGT) dalam Meningkatkan Minat dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Agribisnis Tanaman di SMKN 2 Soppeng

The Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is a learning model that can make learning more interesting, because the learning takes the form of games such as tournament games. The aim of this research is to find out strategies for implementing the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in increasing interest and learning outcomes. students and find out how students perceive the TGT model being implemented. This type of research uses classroom action research (PTK). The results of the research showed that there was an increase in student interest and learning outcomes, where in the first cycle of students who had interest in the high category there were 3 students with a percentage of 10%, while there were 11 students with a percentage of 57%, less than 7 students with a percentage of 33%. and in cycle II students who had an interest in the high category were 13 students with a percentage of 62%, while 6 students were with a percentage of 38%, there was less than 1 student with a percentage of 5%, for the increase in student learning outcomes obtained in cycle I was 64.46% in the low category and in cycle II it was 90.10% in the very high category, and the students' perception/response to the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model was positive where the results obtained were 91.15% in the very good category. So it can be concluded that there has been an increase in student interest and learning outcomes, and student responses have shown positive towards the TGT model, therefore the application of the TGT learning model is effective for applying to the basics of plant agribusiness subjects.
