Learning from your own mistakes is not easy to do. Not all teachers are able to learn from their own mistakes. Because of his inability as a teacher to learn from his own mistakes, many teachers are selfish towards their students. So the teaching he provides is not optimal for his students. Apart from being able to learn from one's own mistakes, we rarely see teachers' attitudes towards learning from students. This is caused by the teacher's pride in admitting his mistakes, and being embarrassed to change his attitude by learning from students. This research was created with the aim of providing learning, even motivation to PAK teachers, that how important it is if a PAK teacher is able to learn from his own mistakes and is motivated to learn from students. So there is no such thing as a PAK teacher who is selfish and proud to learn from students. Because PAK teachers are teachers who teach Christian values, it is appropriate for PAK teachers to be able to implement these Christian values
