Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa JTIK Terhadap Penggunaan SIPI (Sistem Informasi Praktik Industri) Berbasis Web di Universitas Negeri Makassar

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of JTIK students with the use of SIPI (Industrial Practice Information System) using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model approach that focuses on user satisfaction covering 5 aspects including: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach with a sample of 86 students of the Informatics and Computer Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University, class of 2020 and 2021. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the level of satisfaction of JTIK FT UNM students from the aspect of content in the use of SIPI is in the category of "Satisfied" with a percentage of 36.05%, the level of satisfaction of students towards SIPI from the aspect of accuracy in the use of SIPI is in the category of "Satisfied" with a percentage of 60.47%, the level of satisfaction of JTIK FT UNM students from the aspect of form (format) in the use of SIPI is in the category of "Satisfied" with a percentage of 51.16%, the level of satisfaction of JTIK FT UNM students from the aspect of ease of use in the use of SIPI is in the category of "Satisfied" with a percentage of 46.51%, and the level of satisfaction of JTIK FT UNM students from the aspect of timeliness in the use of SIPI is in the category of "Very Satisfied" with a percentage of 63.95%.
