Analisis Budaya Organisasi dalam Meingkatkan Motivasi Kerja Pegawai (Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Lhokseumawe)

This study aims to describe the organizational culture that is currently being implemented at the Customs office and analyze the implementation of organizational culture in increasing employee work motivation. The focus of the study is 1) organizational culture that is implemented on empowerment, team orientation, and development of employee abilities in implementing organizational culture, 2) increasing employee work motivation in implementing organizational culture with appreciation, power, needs and job security. This study uses a qualitative method. Research informants were selected by purposive sampling. The data source obtained from primary data conducted through interviews and direct observations in the field, the primary data source of this study analyzes the implementation of organizational culture in increasing employee work motivation at the Lhokseumawe Customs office. Data sources are also obtained from secondary data which can be from social media or documents belonging to the agency. The data analysis technique used in this study uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been studied, the researcher concludes that the organizational culture in increasing employee work motivation at the Lhokseumawe Customs office lacks motivational reinforcement and systems in supporting the implementation of employee duties and responsibilities.
