Abstract

This study analyzes the planning and implementation of Pancasila-based civic education learning using images for dyslexic students with letter inversion in second grade elementary school. Through a descriptive qualitative approach with observation and interviews, the results show that effective planning requires comprehensive modifications, including the selection of appropriate images, the development of multisensory media, and the preparation of alternative assessments. The implementation of learning integrates a visual-auditory-kinesthetic approach through role-playing, group discussions, and collaborative projects that enable students to understand Pancasila values contextually. The findings reveal that this strategy not only improves dyslexic students' conceptual understanding of Pancasila values but also fosters inclusive character and empathy. The success of the implementation is supported by the teachers' professional capacity in inclusive pedagogy, collaboration with teaching assistants, and continuous training. The research conclusion confirms that systematic image-based Civic Education learning can realize adaptive and humanistic inclusive education, while reflecting the humanistic values of Pancasila in basic education practice.
